New Culinary Leadership

At Genuine Foods, we believe good food does more than nourish. It builds health, creates community, and unlocks potential. Every day, our teams are turning everyday meals into memorable experiences through scratch-made dishes, hospitality that goes beyond the plate, and systems that ensure consistency and care at scale.

To build on this strong foundation, we are adding two leaders who bring both creativity and discipline to the table: Justin Fischer, Vice President of Culinary, and Joshua Ingraham, Director of Systems and Continuous Improvement.

Justin joins us from The Friendly Toast, where he served as Vice President of Culinary Operations during a period of rapid expansion. He has deep experience guiding fast-growing restaurant groups and quick-service chains, with expertise in menu development, operational transformation, and team leadership. At Genuine, he will advance our culinary vision by supporting recipe development and menu variety, ensuring every dish reflects creativity, purpose, and connection.

Josh most recently served as Vice President of Culinary Operations at HHS, LLC, overseeing food service across 11 regional hospitals. His career also includes leadership in healthcare dining at the Cleveland Clinic and culinary operations for major sporting events. He specializes in building systems that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and guest experience. At Genuine, he will focus on the standards and tools that empower our teams to deliver real food with real impact every day.

Together, Justin and Josh will help lead Genuine Foods toward its next evolution, always keeping culinary at the core.
