Initially trained in a small, fast-paced, family-run kitchen, he used the opportunity to learn all aspects of a culinary business from catering, to cooking, to purchasing and budgeting, to impeccable customer service. Brian is excited to utilize his strong culinary, marketing, sales, and people skills as the Genuine Foods brand continues to innovate the culinary landscape.
